- 1995 - Buying up engine-works of the old mine company in Komló
- 1996 - Re-certificate according to welding conformability, DIN 18800 part 7 in Komló
- 1998 - A successful certification according to DIN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system
- 2002 - Purchasing the factory in Dombóvár
- 2003 - Certification according to weld-technical quality requirements DIN EN 729 part 2 in Komló
- 2003 - Certification according to conformability DIN 18800 part 7 as well as according to DIN EN 729 part 2 in Dombóvár
- 2007 - Merging the three facilities into one company, centralization and rationalization of the enterprise systems
- 2010 - Opening of the newly constructed factory in Kaposvár
